These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website aurelianursulescu.ro and the purchase of the therapeutic services, courses and programs offered by Aurelian Ursulescu, holistic therapist.

By browsing the website, completing any form, making a payment or taking part in any service offered, the user declares that they have taken note of these terms and that they accept them expressly and unconditionally.

If you do not agree with any of the provisions below, please do not use our services.

The client understands and accepts that each person is unique from a physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual point of view, and that the results of any therapeutic or personal-development process vary significantly from one person to another and cannot be guaranteed.

Aurelian Ursulescu does not and cannot make any promises or guarantees regarding:

• the cure or alleviation of any physical or mental condition
• the attainment of any particular emotional, mental or spiritual result
• the speed or depth of personal transformations
• the number of sessions required to reach a given objective

The testimonials presented on the website reflect the individual experiences of certain clients and do not represent a guarantee that you will obtain identical or similar results. They are provided solely for informational and illustrative purposes.

The therapeutic process requires active and continuous commitment on the part of the client. A lack of personal involvement, interrupting the process or failing to follow the therapist's recommendations may significantly influence the results.

By purchasing any service, the client declares that they:

• take part in the therapeutic services voluntarily, on their own initiative and at their own responsibility
• have informed the therapist correctly and completely about their state of health, any treatment being followed and any relevant contraindications
• understand that some therapeutic processes may involve re-experiencing intense emotional or somatic states, as part of the natural process of release and transformation
• are not in a situation of medical or psychiatric emergency and, where applicable, have the approval of their treating physician
• are of legal age (at least 18 years old) or, if a minor, are participating with the written consent of a legal representative

The prices displayed on the website are expressed in lei (RON) and may be updated periodically. The valid price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment is made in advance, in full or in accordance with the communicated payment plan, before accessing the service. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card details.

Payment confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided. An invoice or proof of payment is issued upon request.

6.1 Individual sessions

An individual session may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, through direct contact (telephone or e-mail). In this case, the amount paid may be credited towards a future session.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, or failure to attend without prior notice (no-show), do not entitle you to a refund or free rescheduling. The session will be considered fully consumed, and the amount paid will be retained.

Sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable, regardless of the client's subjective perception of the results, given the unpredictable and individual nature of the therapeutic process (see section 3).

6.2 Courses and training programs

Access to courses and training programs is confirmed upon payment in full of the price or of the first instalment (in accordance with the payment plan). The client accepts that, by making the payment and accessing the materials or taking part in any module, they waive their right of withdrawal.

No refunds are granted after accessing any course material, taking part in the first module or after the program start date, regardless of the reason invoked.

In documented exceptional situations (force majeure, serious medical emergencies), the participant may request to postpone their participation to a later session of the same program, at the organizer's sole discretion. This facility does not constitute a legal right and is granted strictly at the therapist's discretion.

6.3 Device-based therapies

Each device-based session (bioresonance, magnetotherapy, laser therapy, etc.) is paid before it takes place. A session that has already been carried out is non-refundable. Cancellation may be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the full fee is retained.

6.4 Group therapy and retreats

A place at a group event or retreat is reserved by paying a deposit or the full amount. Cancellation more than 14 calendar days before the event allows the amount to be credited towards a future event. Cancellation less than 14 days in advance, or failure to attend, does not entitle you to a refund or credit.

In accordance with the EU Directive on consumer rights (transposed into Romanian law through GO 34/2014), consumers are in principle entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Exceptions applicable to our services:

• If you have expressly requested the provision of the service before the expiry of the 14-day period and the service has been fully provided, you lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 16 lit. a of GO 34/2014).
• For digital content (downloadable course materials, recordings) accessed before the expiry of the 14 days and with the consumer's explicit consent, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Upon confirmation of the purchase, you will be asked for your explicit consent to the immediate provision of the service, with the understanding that by granting it you waive your right of withdrawal.

The holistic therapy training programs offered by Aurelian Ursulescu are complementary personal and professional development courses. They do not confer titles or qualifications officially recognized within the healthcare system, do not equate to a medical license and do not authorize the practice of medicine or clinical psychology.

Graduates are responsible for how they apply the techniques learned and for complying with the legal framework applicable to their activity. Aurelian Ursulescu is not liable for the subsequent use of the knowledge acquired.

The certificate of completion is issued solely upon the full completion of all modules and payment in full of the fee.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aurelian Ursulescu shall not be liable for:

• indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the services
• therapeutic results that do not match the client's subjective expectations, provided that the services were delivered as described
• the worsening of any medical or psychological condition in the absence of a prior medical consultation, where the client was informed of the need for such a consultation
• data loss, technical interruptions of the website or the temporary unavailability of the online services

Total liability, in any situation, may not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the service in question.

All of the website's content (texts, images, course materials, video or audio recordings, techniques and methodologies) is the exclusive property of Aurelian Ursulescu and is protected by copyright legislation.

Copying, reproducing, distributing or commercially using any content without the prior written consent of the rights holder is prohibited. Course materials are licensed exclusively for the personal use of the registered participant.

Users who take part in group sessions, online programs or associated communities undertake to maintain respectful behavior towards the therapist and towards the other participants. Abusive, harassing or disruptive behavior may lead to exclusion from the program, with no right to a refund.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be resolved, first and foremost, amicably, through direct negotiation. Should this fail, jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts at the provider's registered office.

Consumers are also entitled to resort to alternative dispute resolution procedures, including the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Neither party shall be liable for the failure to fulfil obligations caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, major technical failures, etc.). In such situations, the services will be rescheduled by mutual agreement.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated version will be published on the website with an indication of the revision date. Continued use of the website or services after the modifications are published constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms.
